NSPIRATION Ep12 Pt2- Chocolate fondue
INSPIRATION Episode 12 Part 2 Chef Kobi shows us how to make Chez Olivier’s famous chocolate fondue! Yum!!
Dark chocolate(60%): 250 gm
Caster sugar : 100 gm
Unsalted butter : 100 gm
Self raising flour : 100 gm
Egg : 6 no.
-Melt chocolate and butter over brain marine.
-whisk egg and sugar till well mixed.
-add self raising flour (sieved) to the egg mixture.
-add melted chocolate and butter to the egg mixture
- grease 6 ceramic moulds with butter, pour the chocolate mixture to the mould.
-bake in oven at 220'c for approx 4 min.( sides should be cooked but the center should be runny)
- flip over to the plate and garnish as you like with vanila ice cream or cream anglaise.
